CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order enters our printing process, it cannot be cancelled. Our canvas art typically enters printing, assembly, and packaging within a few hours after the order is placed to ensure prompt delivery. This quick turnaround means the window for cancellation is very short. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@bloozee.com. While we can't guarantee cancellation once printing has begun, we will do our best to assist you before your order is processed.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our canvas prints, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size/design selection. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact our customer service within 30 days at info@bloozee.com for a free replacement or refund. Please submit a clear photo of the issue using our "Contact" form for assessment. Note that we cannot replace or refund items incorrectly sized by customer choice. We aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order from our workshop to your doorstep.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Delivery times are as follows:

2-8 days for European countries.
Note: We currently do not offer shipping outside of Europe.

IS MY PRINT READY TO HANG?

Yes, all our canvas art comes ready to hang with a sawtooth hanger on the back, requiring no additional framing or assembly.
