Once an order enters our printing process, it cannot be cancelled. Our canvas art typically enters printing, assembly, and packaging within a few hours after the order is placed to ensure prompt delivery. This quick turnaround means the window for cancellation is very short. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@bloozee.com. While we can't guarantee cancellation once printing has begun, we will do our best to assist you before your order is processed.

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, you can send it back and will only have to pay the shipping fees of 10 euros. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact our customer service within 30 days at info@bloozee.com for a free replacement or refund. Please submit a clear photo of the issue using our "Contact" form for assessment. Note that we cannot replace or refund items incorrectly sized by customer choice. We aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order from our workshop to your doorstep.

With each order, a hanging kit is provided to help you easily install your print. You can hang your print in a few simple steps once you receive it.
